What is an ARC? An ARC is an “advanced review copy” of the book available for a small selection of readers to read the book before official release. An ARC is considered a collector’s item, as it is the manuscript prior to final edits. Why would someone want a book full of typos? Because this is the manuscript in its pure form, straight from the author’s pen, as well as a limited-edition copy only available for a limited time!
I would discourage purchasing (as it is expensive due to limited quantities) and the mass-market fully-edited paperback will be available in January. Have patience! But do feel free to check out the “look inside” feature on Amazon to read the first few chapters!
