Onto our blog feature! This is one of the blogs I met through BookBloggerList.com and I found Jordann. The Book Blog Life is run by Jordann who is one of those voracious readers. She loves books and is a kindred spirit in the way that books have always been an important part of her life (plus she’s from an island, like me!) I love someone who needs literature like one needs oxygen. And when she agreed to review Fallen to Grace, I was excited to get the perspective of someone who’s read a lot of books.
Jordann’s amazing and honest book review can be read in its entirety here. But here are the highlights quoted for you below:
Likes:
Fallen to Grace left me wanting more. I loved the concept of the political system, the way that everything worked with each other. The beginning for a start had me hooked, I loved the way the characters interacted with each other. Everything seemed extremely real considering how unrealistic angels can be. One thing I thought was extremely well done in this book was the characters and their interactions with one another, it was well written and believable.
Dislikes:
Sometimes there were moments where I found myself wanting to know more about something in the world or a character and their relationship with the world, but there was nothing else said about it. It could be a little disappointing at times.
Of course I cherry-picked the highlights of Jordann’s review, so I encourage you to go check it out, as well as her awesome blog.
